Support

As this is a free service, we are unable to offer full support for your homepage. Online support is available via our SupportWeb, which we will be adding to continually.

For problems accessing your homepage, you can email websitehelp@orcon.net.nz. Please note that we cannot provide assistance with content creation, HTML coding or the use of FTP programs. Please use our SupportWeb, or other help sites on the internet for assistance.

Feedback

We would value your feedback as to how we can assist you better. As this is a new service, there's bound to be a few 'kinks' in the system which make things harder than they should be. Please don't hesitate to email us with suggestions as to how we can make things easier.
